Added a toggle to prevent sending Connected Carriers open enrollments before the new plan effective date. In some cases, connected Carriers may want to receive Open Enrollments after OE closeout. Setting this toggle to “off” overrides this setting, for example, in cases where data corrections needs to be made after Open Enrollment. If it is turned off, it will be important to set it back to “on” when corrections are made.
Fixed a formatting issue on the PDF Employee Enrollment form which was causing html characters to display in the Questions and Disclosures section when the Enrollment form was generated.
Enhanced the Benefit Confirmation Statement to display a "Last Updated" date for each benefit enrollment. Previously, a "New Hire Completed on" line was displayed at the bottom of the document. This was causing confusion since employees often had made new enrollment selections since their original new hire enrollment. This line was removed and we are now providing the more relevant data separately for each line of coverage.
Fixed an issue with the Nightly Job for Overage Dependent Autodropper and VL Age Reductions.
Changed labels on all PCP forms requesting "PCP Number" to "PCP ID" for better clarity.
Added a 1095 search box (Audit and E-File>Preview Form Data>View 1095s).
Added a next button when going through the 1095 forms.
Allowed prescription plans to “Enforce ACA Eligibility.” This will give users the options to enforce ACA classifications on prescriptions like what is currently done for Medical, Dental, and Vision.
Added an ACA Code Override Report that will identify which employees have a code override on their 1095 (ACA>1094/1095 Reporting>ACA Code Override Report).
Removed “Last Reminder Sent” column from the ACA Eligibility Dashboard. This was causing confusion because we do not send out eligibility emails when a Variable Hour employee works enough hours to be considered eligible.
Added “fuzzy match” capabilities to the Manage Hours monthly import. If the first three letters of the month are correct, the import will process without an error.
Removed drop-down from the Standard Stability section of the Variable Hour Dashboard.
When a New Hire Measurement Period of 12 months is selected, an error message will appear if an Administrative period of 2-3 months is selected. A new hire must be offered coverage within 13 months if they are considered eligible so a 12-month measurement period must have a 1 month admin period.
When a class change is made for an employee that results in a contribution change, we will now reflect the prior plan cost details for the appropriate months. We were previously applying the new contribution cost for the entire year.
Fixed an issue where we were attempting to send out declined deductions during OE closeout. This was not causing an issue with the data but it did clutter the payroll dashboard. Fixed an issue where we were not pulling all connected companies on the system only Payroll Billing report.
Org Charts are here! The Organizational Chart displays the internal reporting structure of your company. This tool allows HR Users and employees (if enabled) to understand the relationships of the company’s staff members and quickly view employee contact information. HR and Broker users access the Org chart from the company "Employees" page. HR and Broker users can also add groups of employees to managers, dramatically increasing the speed at which organization structures can be built out. Users can turn on the Org Chart to display on the Resources tab for employees through Company Settings. For detailed information, see the article on Organizational Charts.
Added PCP Name to row and column based ad-hoc reports.
Increased the number of employees displayed in the search when assigning an employee HR access. This will allow companies with large numbers of employees with the same last name to access and assign HR access to employees who were not previously being displayed.
Added new "View Details" behavior on Wall Events page for ease of use. After selecting "View Details" for an Event, users will still be redirected to a new page with Event details. Now, the "Return to Wall" link will send users back to exact position that they left off at on the Event list. The Event for which "View Details" was selected will pulse to indicate the last Event that the user viewed.
Added a "Return to Top" button on Wall Event Checklist.
Added Feed Stats back to the new Wall. This was a feature previously available on the Old Wall which allowed users to see how many incomplete Checklist items each Wall Feed had, as well as "Mark All Complete" in bulk.
