The Carrier feed engine for Self Service and Self Service Plus clients is equipped with the ability to view and track the overall implementation status of client carrier feeds.
Step 1: From the broker home page, review the "Go To Company" drop down menu and select the client you wish to review.
Step 2: Once redirected to the company home page select the Benefits link.
Step 3: Select the link to Carrier Feeds in the advanced section.
Step 4: On the Carrier Feeds page a list of the Carrier file feeds will display to include the testing mode and the carrier name. Select the edit link on the left hand side of the page, to be redirected to the Setup panel.
Step 5: Once in the setup panel, access the link for TASKS to track and review any details pertaining to the Implementation of the Carrier Feed.
