For optimum performance, Employee Navigator recommends Internet Explorer 11 or the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox.
For minimum functionality, users should have Internet Explorer 9.
Important Notice: Internet Explorer (IE) 8 will no longer be supported after 1/1/17. Microsoft does not make security updates to IE8, therefore continued usage of this version is considered to be a security risk. Login will not be permitted from IE 8 (or earlier versions) beginning in January 2017.
Known browser items:
- Custom ad hoc reports have a blue download button, however in browsers that do not support HTML5 the button is grey. Users may experience issues downloading large data sets when the button is grey because instead of downloading from the browser, we are going back to the web server before sending the data down to a file.
- The browser must support HTML5 in order to display the 'export to .csv' on the Payroll Deduction Changes report. HTML5 is supported by IE10+, Chrome, and Firefox.
- The Print icon on the Events Report doesn't print as expected when using IE. Recommended to download or print as PDF before printing.
- When using IE11, you cannot print medical or dental benefit details within the enrollment flow.
