There are a few ways to view Beneficiaries:
- Run a preconfigured Beneficiary specific report from the Company Report Tab. Under General Reports, select 'Beneficiaries'.
- Beneficiaries are also included in each employee Benefit Confirmation Statement report.
- From the Employee's 'Benefits Summary' tab on the Company level, select 'View Details'. This link will redirect you to the Employee's Benefit Summary view. Select Beneficiaries under "Benefits".
- The same page can be accessed if you are already on the Employee's Home Page. From the Employee Home Page, select 'Benefits' > 'Beneficiaries'
To edit/delete an employee's beneficiary:
- Go to the employee's homepage
- Click "Benefits" at the top of the page
- Click "Beneficiaries" on the left navigation
- Click "Edit Beneficiaries" and select the benefit to be updated
- Either edit or remove
