You can do an import of the HSA contributions by pulling in these columns into your spreadsheet. Employee SSN, First Name, Last Name, Plan Name, Plan Effective Date and Benefit Amount (Employee Yearly Contribution). This needs to uploaded as an Insurance Plan when you make your upload selection during the import process. The employee needs to be enrolled in an HSA compatible health plan for the HSA upload to process.
If there are Employer Contributions noted in the plan setup they will automatically populate under the Employees Benefit Summary and will not need to be included in the upload process.
