For enrollments in current year plans, the Primary Care Physicians Report can be ran from the Carrier Reports section of the Reports tab. This report will show PCP name, ID, city and state for both employees and dependents. This report will not pull PCP info entered during Open Enrollment.
You can pull a report on PCP coverage by running a Row Based report under the Ad Hoc Reports section (top left). Under the Enrollment tab you will see an option to select PCP Name, PCP ID, PCP Type, and PCP Current Patient.
