Employee Navigator is excited to announce our newly re-designed user interface which was developed by Twitter. You'll notice the sleek and intuitive framework that provides a more uniform experience throughout. We have also tried to simplify the branding too. Users will see will see their company name or logo (if loaded) based on their login credentials. We've also created a new branding section on the HR home page to display an agency logo (when loaded) which is designed to help promote your agency or private exchange to HR users.

HR users will see their company name or logo in the header on all pages, and the agency logo (if loaded) in the top right side of the HR home page.
Agency licensee users will see their agency name or logo in the header of all agency pages, and the company name or logo on the header of any company or employee pages. This makes it much easier to validate what the employees will be seeing when they log in!
Company branding controls the default header and color themes for HR and Employee users.
NOTE: Themes are currently being re-evaluated to fit the new UI and currently are disabled.
Adding company logo and selecting a complementary theme will enhance the user experience, and may increase the comfort level of an employee which could increase the likelihood of that employee purchasing additional voluntary lines of coverage.
To setup company level branding, go to the Settings tab > Company Logo & Branding (under Employee Experience).
Logo and Themes: Logo displayed in the top left of the header bar for HR and EEs. If no company branding is set, the company name will display.
Header Text (if no logo): Option to display text in upper left of header bar when not uploading company logo and something other than agency name should be displayed.
Theme: Select from any of the available color themes to best complement logo color schemes.

Adding a Company Specific Style Sheet
One way to brand a company site is to upload a Company-Specific Style Sheet created through Bootstrap.com. This will allow you to customize the look of your site and provides additional formatting choices outside of the default themes in the Employee Navigator system.
To create your style sheet, go to http://getbootstrap.com/customize/. From here you will customize and download your style sheet which can then be imported into the Employee Navigator System.
To import your style sheet:
- Go to the company 'Settings' tab.
- Under Employee Experience, select 'CompanyLogo and Branding'
- Select 'add - Logo & Themes'
- Click on 'Company Specific Style Sheet - upload'
- Upload your style sheet
**Note: Employee Navigator does not provide support on the Bootstrap website or with creating your style sheet.
I uploaded my logo and the colors look different - why?
This color distortion is not caused by our software, but rather by your image and/or browser properties, By default, most browsers use sRGB (standard RGB color space) to display images on the web. However, some JPEG and PNG images have ICC color profiles embedded into the image via a color-managed image editing program, and since most browsers are not color managed, the color of these images are distorted when uploaded to the web. What are the picture size requirements for logos?
We cap the company logos at 50 pixels high x 850 pixels wide and broker logos on the HR home page at 60 pixels high.
