Employee missed enrollment period:
New hires have access to new hire enrollment based on the Enrollment Window settings. In the event an individual employee needs their enrollment period extended further, use the “Unlock Employee Enrollment” tool to extend the window up to 14 days from today. Employee can then log in and have access to new hire window without requiring an override on the enrollment window for all employees.
This can also be used for Open Enrollment windows after the Enrollment Ends date. Open enrollment can only be extended if there is an active open session. If Open Enrollment was closed out completely, you will not be able to use the "Unlock" tool.

Tool Tip:
If you want to close the window up before the date you entered, simply come back into the tool and remove the date then select SAVE.
