Open Enrollment: This is generally the easiest time implement an enrollment solution because only
New Hire: This is more cumbersome because you not only have to set-up all of the plans, but you also need to add in the current elections for each plan for all the employees. (we have an import tool to help). We recommend using this method just after open season.
Open Enrollment + New Hire: This is the most complex because you have to set-up all the existing elections + all the open season plans. Recommended to complete this only if you are replacing a system.
