We provide you with the ability to embed our login widget onto any website. Our goal is to help you get our name out of the spotlight and this is a great way to do so. Add the login widget to your Agency homepage so employees learn more about your offerings rather than ours.
There are 3 login widget options available. To view the options go to your agency's Branding tab> Login Widgets.
If you want to direct employees to your site instead of EN for registration/login, you'll want to enter your site URL under your agency’s Branding tab> Login URL. Note: Login URLs must include https:// at the beginning of the URL. For example, https://www.employeenavigator.com and not www.employeenavigator.com.
To change the URL link in the email templates, go to the company’s Settings tab> Email Templates and replace the default 'Registration URL' token with the 'Login URL' token from the token drop-down.
Please be advised that in order to embed Employee Navigator’s login box into your web site correctly, the login form must be hosted on a secure (HTTPS) page. It is important that the login form be displayed on an encrypted page so that the user can be confident the password is encrypted at all times.
What should I do if we don't have a secure site?
You should either forward this information to your company’s technical contact or contact the provider who is hosting your web site and ask that a SSL certificate be installed on your web server. This process can take from 2-5 business days so it is important these changes be initiated as soon as possible.
Is there a cost to install a SSL certificate?
Yes, companies like Go Daddy and Thawte have certificates that range in costs from $56-$150 a year.
Please note: While we do provide the code snippets for embedding login widgets into your sites, we do not provide support for the embedding process. You will need to contact your IT department.
When using the login widget, will EN then frame within our site (IFrame)?
No. The login widget simply provides agencies the ability to direct clients to their site for registration/login purposes instead of the main En login screen. Once logged in, ees are dropped directly into the main EN site.
