UPDATE as of 10.21.2017:
Employee Navigator performed a database migration on October 21, 2017.
This migration resulted in a change in the EN IP addresses. The current IP addresses are shown below.
- Public IP: 220.127.116.11
- Proxy IP for email and transmissions: 18.104.22.168
- Load Balancer: 22.214.171.124
- Web Servers (Test files): 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52
During Open Enrollment, Employee Navigator utilizes scalable internet resources to handle increased web traffic. As a result, you may be connected to a web server that was not previously listed in our Support Documentation.
Employee Navigator recommends using the following URL and whitelisting the following IP to test the connection for EDI and electronic file transmissions during this period ending 12/15/2018. Production files will continue to be transmitted through the usually IP address.
Employee Navigator encourages our customers to have the employeenavigator.com email domain whitelisted in mail services in order to make sure that bulk notices to employees are delivered. When requesting a whitelist, it is best to ask that the entire domain – employeenavigator.com – be added rather than a particular sender. That allows Employee Navigator to shift a sender address if an issue arises.
