Employee Navigator will be migrating our application and infrastructure to the public cloud on September 7, 2019.
This migration will result in the following changes to the EN IP addresses. While most customers will not experience any service interruption, organizations with stricter security rules such as IP address restrictions and firewalls will want to inform their IT team in advance to whitelist the following IP addresses:
- Public Inbound IPs to Employee Navigator: 60.51.174, 18.104.22.168
- Firewall IP for Outbound Email and File Transmissions from Employee Navigator: 22.214.171.124
The current IP addresses are shown below and will be valid through September 6, 2019:
- Public IP: 126.96.36.199
- Proxy IP for email and transmissions: 188.8.131.52
- Load Balancer: 184.108.40.206
- Web Servers (Test files): 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168
During Open Enrollment, Employee Navigator utilizes scalable internet resources to handle increased web traffic. As a result, you may be connected to a web server that was not previously listed in our Support Documentation.
Employee Navigator recommends using the following URL and whitelisting the following IP to test the connection for EDI and electronic file transmissions during this period ending 12/15/2018. Production files will continue to be transmitted through the usually IP address.
Employee Navigator encourages our customers to have the employeenavigator.com email domain whitelisted in mail services in order to make sure that bulk notices to employees are delivered. When requesting a whitelist, it is best to ask that the entire domain – employeenavigator.com – be added rather than a particular sender. That allows Employee Navigator to shift a sender address if an issue arises.
