To change the benefit enrollment date or end date for an employee once a life event has been executed, the HR/Broker user can access the Enrollment Editor.
To change the start/end date for an employee:
-Access the Enrollment Editor link under the tools section on the home tab
-Type in the employee you wish to modify
-Select the “change” link next to the benefit you wish to modify
-Enter the correct coverage started date
-Put in notes as to why you are making the change
*Note: Any change made to the employee start/end date will automatically update any dependent enrolled as well. If you have a change for only the dependent, you must access the dependent from the drop down menu on the enrollment editor page for the employee. You will then be permitted to make a change that will impact only that specific dependent.
