Topic: Set New Hire Complete
Where: On Management Page for an employee, in the lower right section called "Actions" there is a new link called "Set New Hire Complete"
Details: The set new hire to complete will now activate any pending enrollments. This is used when employee may be prevented from selecting agree and complete, such as plan configuration issue, no remaining pays for café, or their enrollment window simply expired before they Agreed to their selections. There needs to be a mechanism to complete new hire enrollment in order for pending enrollments to activate.
How: Select "Set New Hire Complete", enter the enrollment completed date, then save. The enrollment completed date defaults to the current date but can be backdated if you wish to track a retroactive completion date.
Note! "Set New Hire Complete" function is only supported when the company's Enrollment Setting for Pending New Hire Enrollments is set to one of the pending options: "Pending Until All Complete" or "Pending Until HR Approves". If "Set New Hire Complete" was performed after this setting was changed to "Active When Selected", you may need to contact Support to remove the records.
