Topic: Voluntary Life Nightly Jobs
Where: Automated process runs on all voluntary life enrollments
Details: Age-based voluntary life enrollments are updated when employee ages. When an employee ages, an automated process runs to determine if the employee is now in a new rate band or has fallen into a reduced benefit schedule. This change is scheduled based on the plans setup. It allows for configuration of rate or age reduction benefit scheduling, which is typically first of the month after change or on the policy anniversary. Scheduled changes can be located on the "Voluntary Life Recalculation" report, located on the Reports tab. Scheduled tasks are automatically updated on the scheduled date. Changes are logged as a cost/benefit change, and are reflective on the "Enrollment Changes" report, and will automatically notify you if configured as a wall feed with an event group trigger for cost/benefit changes.
