Where: Automated process runs for employee compensation
Details: Employee salary changes which occur at a future date are not processed until that day. The automated process checks to see if any salary changes need to be updated was turned on. There were a number of salary changes waiting for this automated process to be turned on that have now processed.
Topic: Reporting Changed Voluntary Life Enrollments
Where: "Enrollment Cost Summary" and "Enrollment Cost Detail" reports, located on the reports tab
Details: Resolved an issue in the way we are recalculating voluntary life enrollments with rate/cost changes that prevented the enrollments from being included in the Enrollment Cost Summary and Detail reports. All affected enrollments are scheduled to be updated on 1/10/13. If the Enrollment Cost reports have been used recently, especially to identify the 1/1/13 voluntary life cost changes, we recommend downloading again on or after 1/10/13.
Topic: Report Failing to Export to Excel
Where: From the Reports Tab, select "Row-Based Report", choose your fields, view report, then select to export to Excel by clicking the link in the upper right corner.
Details: Some of our users were getting errors when trying to export their Row-Based reports into Excel. We made a few changes to help stabilizethis, but it is an issue outside of our software, so we likely cannot resolve it completely. Since that is the case, we created the ability to export to .csv to offer a mechanism to export the data which then can be opened in excel.

Where: From the Reports Tab, select any report in the "new reports" section, choose your fields, view report, then select to export to .csv by clicking the link in the upper right corner:
Details: Added the option to export to .csv as a new feature or a work-around when report fails to export to excel.
Topic: Recalc Tools Menu Options
Where: From the Plan tab, located in the left navigation panel under Tools select "Recalc Tools", then select a cafeteria plan
Details: Fixed the menu options to remove the recalculate "Plan Costs" from option list since this is not applicable to cafeteria plans.
Topic: Report Correct Number of Eligible/Ineligible
Where: From Plans Tab, located in left navigation panel under Tools select "Recalc Tools" ,then select a plan and choose "Eligibility"
Details: We corrected the total number of eligible and ineligible displayed after recalculating eligibility by excluding employees who are not eligible for the plan until after the plan end date.
Topic: Declined Cafeteria Documents
Where: From Employee Home Page, select the Documents tab
Details: Documents for declined cafeteria plans are now displaying in the "Plan Documents" section, which is for documents that the employee is eligible for but not enrolled. Previously, the documents were showing in the "My Documents" section, which is for plans in which the employee is enrolled.
Topic: Delete Employee
Where: From the Employee tab, select "Delete Employee"
Details: Resolved an error when searching for an employee to delete, if the employee had enrollments in a cafeteria plan. This was a result of the cafeteria plan changes from our last software release.
Topic: Rounding of Employee HSA Amounts
Where: Multiple places where employee HSA contributions are displayed: Enrollment summary (last page of employee enrollment), Benefit Summary (from the Benefits tab), and Payroll Deduction Reports
Details: Employees elect an annual contribution to an HSA. Based on the payroll schedule setup in the company setup, the estimated per pay period contribution is calculated and displayed in multiple places. We updated the method we are using to calculate employee pay period deduction to always round down to prevent the employee contribution to exceed the annual maximum contribution by pennies when the pay period cost was used by payroll.
