Topic: Support Integrated with Zendesk
Where: From the home page, select users tab to see support plans assigned to each user and select the new support tab for integration to the support site
Details: Employee Navigator will assign all Broker, GA, and vendor users with a support contract type and contract period. This support contract will identify what method a user can contact Employee Navigator for support. Review the contract type under the users tab, and for more details select edit user. The new support tab integrates with the support site to offer the following functionality:
- Create a new support ticket for Employee Navigator
- Review all tickets you have previously submitted, including past resolved tickets
- Easy access to provide additional information to an open ticket
- Link to search the knowledge base for support articles
Topic: Import Companies
Where: From broker home page, in the Tools and Reports section (lower left), select "Brokers Company Imports
Details: Brokers can now easily upload their entire client base, including up to 3 HR users from a single file. Use the "Download a company template" link on the import page to get a copy of the template. If you do not assign a company identifier, a unique identifier will be assigned. The company identifier is the unique key required for employee registration. To see the company identifier go to the company setup tab, and then select profile.

Where: Send registration email and reset password from the broker or HR users lists; forgot password link on the login page
Details: We have changed the broker registration and reset password to an "Administrator" which will support a non-employee users: brokers, non-employee HR, HR, and GA).
Topic: Employee Profile - Country
Where: From the employee management page, select profile and then Address & Contact OR From the employee management page, select enrollment link
Details: We have changed the sort order of the country list to display United States of America first (instead of alphabetically ) to make selection easier. We have also removed the default to set the country to United States of America when user saves a blank value. We believe values should not be set automatically, only when a user specifies. This would only apply if on the Company Setup tab/Company Options/Fields is configured for to display Country.
