Details: We completed an audit of our code to ensure all places that use the employee per pay calculation are done in one place to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Topic: Updated Layout on Medical Model Enrollment
Where: New hire and open enrollment pages for medical model plans
Details: As we are getting ready for our exchange and defined contribution offering, we have changed the layout for the medical model enrollment page.
Topic: Additional Medical Model Coverage Tiers
Where: From the setup medical model plans on the Policy Information tab, in the Rates section
Details: Added support for two additional coverage tiers “Employee + Two” and “Employee + Spouse+ Child.” We also added a “show all” selection which can be used to show all available coverage tiers upon request instead of by default. This should simplify the setup process by not presenting users with tier options that are used infrequently.
Topic: Primary Care Physician added to Custom Row-Based Report
Where: On the reports tab, the new Row Based Report
Details: New options available for Primary Care Physician, PCP Type, and PCP Current Patient were added to the enrollments options on the custom row report.

Where: From plans tab, edit plan, then select the report tab
Details: New report option within the plan provides general enrollment details on the plan.
Topic: Documents for All Plan Types in Enrollment
Where: Documents tab, then edit document and select “Show in Enrollment”
Details: Any document marked “Show in Enrollment” for all plan types will appear in the documents column on the enrollment page.
Topic: enefit Confirmation Statements Report Changes
Where: On the reports tab, in the Benefits Reports section, the report called Benefit Confirmation Statements
Details: Added beneficiaries to a new section and display the details of the CDH enrollments, which include employee per pay contribution, employee annual contribution, and employer annual contribution.
Topic: Primary Care Physician Report *new*
Where: On the reports tab, in the Carrier Reports section, the new report called Primary Care Physicians
Details: New report offers convenient access to Primary Care Physician data for those with active coverage.
Topic: Pending Salary Changes Report *new*
Where: On the reports tab, in the Audit Reports section, the new report called Pending Salary Changes
Details: New report identifying employees who have salary changes for a future date, which will change automatically through a nightly process when the date is reached.
Topic: Bad Data Report *new*
Where: On the reports tab, in the Audit Reports section, the new report called Bad Data
Details: When providing enrollment data to carriers, there are basic pieces of data that all carriers need to process the enrollment, regardless of how data is being transmitted to carrier (i.e. EDI file or hand keying on a carrier portal). We have set up a general list of criteria to validate data, and bring outliers to the attention of HR to fix.
Bad Data Criteria:
- Employee must be active and not a demo employee
- Missing First or Last Name
- SSN is < 9
- SSN is all 1’s, 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, 5’s, 6’s, 7’s, 8’s, 9,s, or 0,s
- SSN has 0 in places 4&5 or 6-9
- Gender is not m or f
- Missing Date of Birth
- Date of Birth is > today
- Date of Birth is > 112 years old
- Missing zip code
- Invalid zip code length
- Missing Address 1
- Missing City
- Missing State
- Dependent have same criteria with the exception of missing SSN is okay
Topic: Add a New Company Changes
Where: From the broker home page, select add a new company
Details: Changed the “Company Identifier” field to “Unique Identifier” to help users better understand each company needs to have their own unique identifier used in employee registration. Secondly, we pre-populated the Product with “Professional Enrollment” to simplify the setup process. Just change it when setting up a “Communications” or “Enterprise Enrollment” company.

Details: Added “On Wellness” to the list of available employee demographic fields to import.
