Launched a new interactive road map called Guide to help simplify group setup and training. The Guide provides content and direction to our users, when are and where the user needs it, primarily to our new customers and those new employees who are new to the system. The Guide serve as a training tool with overview content, a link to a video or an article for more information, and a link to take the user directly to the feature. 100% of the content was not loaded initially, but it will be finished shortly.
Reorganized the Company Setup and Plans tabs for better accessibility of content. See video for more details.
Created a new company setting to enforce unique employee numbers. When activated the Employee ID which is found in the HRIS profile, under the Employment tab, cannot be saved if it is used by another employee in the same company. Also enforced on employee import.
Created a new plan type for Whole Life, which is an extension of the Voluntary Life plan model, with the ability to add a cash value table on the rate grouping which is s display only field on the employee enrollment page.
Open Enrollment Closeout will now offer the option to include COBRA as part of the OE closeout process. When selected, if employees are enrolled in COBRA, the same Ending Plans rules will apply to the COBRA enrollments.
- Import has been re-worked to significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to map and audit the data. Some users were experiencing delays when loading large sets of data, but now the process allows tens of thousands of records to be mapped rather quickly. Committing the data will still take some time, depending on the numbers of records, so our next change will be a second import queue, so we can process two files simultaneously and send all large files to a large queue, so small files won’t have to wait in line while a large import is running.
- Fixed an error on group life summary which now displays the “ineligible” message instead of an error when an enrolled employee becomes ineligible for this plan type.
- Changed the HR Stats to run faster when calculating the newly eligible list.
- Fixed an issue with skipped/failed records that were not being removed when an import was re-mapped and imported again.

Fixed the storing of the coverage level for the Voya third party app that was not displaying in some instance
