After OE is completed, any existing coverages cannot be terminated or cancelled via the enrollment system, the will need to contact Voya Customer Support directly to do so at 800-537-5024. Because of the limitation with the existing coverage changes, Employee Navigator should NOT be used as the system of record for Voya App Payroll Deductions and you should speak with your Voya Implementation Manager regarding a process to obtain a Voya-generated Billing Reconciliation file to use for payroll deduction reporting.
