Mid-year coverage terminations and changes for Voya products aren't supported in EN. To make benefit/enrollment changes, contact Voya Customer Support at 800-537-5024.

Because of the limitation with the existing coverage changes, Employee Navigator should NOT be used as the system of record for Voya App Payroll Deductions and you should speak with your Voya Implementation Manager regarding a process to obtain a Voya-generated Billing Reconciliation file to use for payroll deduction reporting.
