Support for our Cafeteria XML, which includes HSA/HRA, Commuter ( Transit/Parking)and Cafeteria plans. A company has the option to exclude plans if the vendor doesn’t administer all configured benefits in these categories. For example, if the vendor handles the Cafeteria and HRA, but not the HSA, the user interface provides support so the HSA can be excluded from the file.
1. From the Company level, under Data Feeds, Select the Cafeteria Data Exchange
2. Select "Exclude Benefits/ Plans"
3. Check off each plan that your TPA does not administer so the enrollment records are not being sent on the Data Files
