An Overview of our Cafeteria EN-Exchange
Employee Navigator has partnered with Cafeteria Vendors, aka TPA’s, to simplify getting your clients pre-tax enrollments from your hands to theirs.
Employee Navigator’s Cafeteria EN-Exchange provides connected Cafeteria vendors with a “Full” (not change only) XML file that includes employee’s demographics and enrollments in Cafeteria and Consumer Directed Health Plans. Vendors will receive “current” enrollments and can receive “open enrollments”. The file is considered an eligibility file and should not be used or counted on to report actual employee contributions to vendors.
Connecting a client to your vendor could not be easier. You still need to select and coordinate the implementation with the vendor and sign any necessary agreements the vendor may need but once that part is complete, connecting is simple.

Check for the connection status symbol on the Partners logo. A green symbol means the Partners EN-Exchange is Active. A yellow symbol means the Partners are in implementation.
You can contact the partner from their Marketplace page if you want additional information about them or need a quote. This is a good way to get in touch with someone from the vendor that knows about the Employee Navigator EN-Exchange.
